Female-100 Meters in 18 Seconds

(2) Shot Put
Male-4.5 Meters in 03 Chances

(3) Long Jump
Male - 3.65 Meters in 03 Chances
Female - 2.7 Meters in 03 Chances

(4) High Jump
Male - 1.2 Meters in 03 Chances
Female - 0.9 Meters in 03 Chances

Age Limit: Age limit of the candidates should be from 20 to 25 years as on 01-01-2021 i.e. Candidates born not before 02-01-1996 and not later than 01-01-2001).

Age Relaxation (Upper Age Limit):

• SC/ST – 05 Years
• OBC – 03 Years
• ESM – 10 Years

For Departmental Candidates(who have served min. 03 Years Service period in Delhi Police/CAPF as Constable, Head Constable, SI/ASI):
