The state will now be able to have 200 people attending the wedding instead of 100 as per the Centre's guidelines

Gandhinagar: The entire country and the world, including Gujarat, is currently battling the Koro epidemic. At that time in Gujarat and in the country, unlock is being given by the government gradually. Then Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has taken an important decision regarding wedding ceremonies. In which a big decision has been taken regarding the number of people present at the wedding

If there are 200 guests, the venue should have a capacity of 400 guest
Now you can get married with the same fanfare as before. More than 200 guests can be invited to the wedding. You can invite as many guests as you want. Simply, you have to find a venue with double the capacity of the guests, as now only guests with 50 per cent capacity of any hall or wedding venue can be invited to the wedding. The social, cultural and political events that were closed due to Corona can also be started in this way. Suppose you are inviting 200 guests to a wedding, the capacity of the venue should be 400 guests.

The wedding season will now begin in the state
Corona's follow-up lockdown and subsequent unlock process are now likely to give a boost to previously engaged wedding occasions. The Rupani government of the state has doubled the number of people attending the wedding, which was earlier only 100. The government has now allowed 200 people to attend the wedding. However, the concessions will take effect from November 3 tomorrow. In the case of closed halls, the capacity of the hall will be allowed up to 50 per cent for such an occasion.

State Government Electricity Prices How did Reduction

Energy Minister Saurabh Patel has said that the state government led by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has taken various decisions in the interest of consumers to ensure that consumers in the state get electricity at cheaper rates and the burden of power generation costs is not borne by consumers. The state government has decided to reduce the fuel surcharge levied by Rs 19 per unit. As a result, more than 1.40 crore customers in the state will get a three-month relief of Rs 356 crore

The Energy Minister added that in addition to energy charge, fuel surcharge is levied on the electricity bill from the consumers who consume electricity. During the last quarter i.e. during the quarter of July 2020 to September 2020, all the four power distribution companies under Gujarat Energy Development Corporation Limited were levying fuel surcharge at the rate of Rs. 2.00 per unit

Against this, a fuel surcharge of Rs 1.81 per unit has to be levied during the October-December-December 2020 period. Due to this reduction, power consumers will get a relief of Rs 356 crore

Download Official Press Note 📜

He added that the main reason for the reduction in fuel surcharge was that during this quarter, the state government has purchased gas at cheaper rates in the interest of consumers and produced gas-based electricity which has reduced the cost of power generation. This means that more than 1.40 crore customers will get this benefit directly, which will reduce their electricity bills and reduce the bill, he added

PM Narendra Modi To Address Nation At 6 pm

PM Narendra Modi address to nation today Live Updates: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation today. Taking to Twitter, the prime minister wrote, “Will be sharing a message with my fellow citizens at 6 PM this evening.” While the prime minister has not specified what his address will be about, it is likely that he will speak about the coronavirus situation in the country.

India on Tuesday reported less than 50,000 new cases for the first time in nearly three months. With 46,790 new cases reported across the country, the coronavirus infection has now affected close to 7.6 million people in India. As many as 587 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the toll to 1,15,197.

Active cases of COVID-19 in India are less than 10 per cent of the total caseload, while the number of people who have recuperated from the disease has crossed 67 lakh pushing the national recovery rate to 88.63 per cent, the Union Health Ministry said on Tuesday. There are 7,48,538 active cases of coronavirus infection as on date which comprise merely 9.85 per cent of the total caseload. “The slide in active cases is supplemented by an exponential rise in recoveries,” the ministry said.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tweeted that he will address the nation at 6 pm today. "Will be sharing a message with my fellow citizens at 6 pm this evening," PM Modi wrote in his tweet, urging citizens to tune in.

The Prime Minister did not specify but many speculated he would speak on the coronavirus situation in the country on the verge of a series of festivals and the approaching winter. This will be his seventh address to the nation since he announced a strict lockdown in March-end to check the spread of the coronavirus. Since June, the nation has been exiting the restrictions in phases in order to reopen the economy.

Experts have raised concerns that alongside the unlock rules, the festival season may lead to a surge in infections.

India's COVID-19 tally is close to 76 lakhs but for the first time in nearly three months, the country has recorded less than 50,000 new cases in a day. The health ministry reported 46,790 fresh cases in the last 24 hours, which takes the overall cases to 75,97,063.

The last time new Covid cases were below 50,000 was on July 23, when India recorded 45,720 new cases in a day.

The government recently said the country has crossed its coronavirus peak as its daily average cases have tapered against a high of more than 90,000 daily cases logged in mid-September.

PM Modi said India has one of the highest recovery rates because it was one of the first countries to adopt a flexible lockdown. He added that the country is already working on putting a well-established vaccine delivery mechanism in place.

"Today we are seeing a decline in the number of cases per day and in the growth rate of cases. India has one of the highest recovery rates--88 percent. This happened because India was one of the first countries to adopt a flexible lockdown when the total cases were just a few hundred," the PM said.

"Masks, social distancing and washing hands are the three ways to remain safe in the absence of any vaccine. We have decided to launch a public campaign to raise awareness about these measures in public places," said Javadekar while briefing the media on different cabinet decisions.

Javadekar said India has so far been able to keep the Covid casualty count low and recoveries high. The campaign is intended to keep it that way.

22 Services Were Made Online Of The Rural People Of Gujarat

The rural people of Gujarat do not have to go to government offices frequently, 22 services were made online

An affidavit regarding this service can be made to Talati. You no longer need to go to a notary for that. The state government has decided to give Talati the power of affidavit for these services

The Gujarat government is going to launch a digital service bridge in the program. The aim is to simplify government work in this direction. Digital service bridge program will be started in 2700 villages out of 3500 villages of Gujarat and in 167 talukas. The service, which will start on October 8, will cover 8000 villages by December and will make 22 services digitally available. These 22 services include ration card, widow certificate, proof of temporary residence, proof of income.

22 services were made online :
Regarding this, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that an affidavit regarding this service can be made to Talati. You no longer need to go to a notary for that. The state government has decided to give the power of affidavit to Talati for these services. 3500 villages are to be placed on this platform, though 2700 villages have been included due to by-election work. Gujarat will be the only and first state in India to provide such service. 14000 gram panchayats will be phased out. All gram panchayats will be covered by next year. This is a total project of Rs 2,000 crore, in which 90 per cent of the cost is borne by the central government, and 10 per cent by the state government.

At the time of making this announcement, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has claimed that the least corruption is in Gujarat. He said that while Gujarat has got a weapon like digital service bridge to reduce corruption, corruption will be reduced in the coming days.

In remote rural areas of the state, it has been decided to start an innovative experiment of digital service bridge in the state using modern technology so that the public interest services of various departments of the government are available from the village level to the gram panchayat itself. Rural citizens do not have to rush to the taluka-district headquarters for day-to-day services or certificates, for example, time and round-trip vehicle rental costs are saved as well as a variety of services at the primary stage with prices that do not go wrong. It has been decided to start in 2 thousand gram panchayats from next 5th October by covering Sevasetu. It is decided to cover more than 6000 gram panchayats in this digital service bridge by December 2020.

The most important thing in the digital service bridge is that connections will be provided through optical fiber network so that high speed internet of 100 MBPS is easily available in the villages of the state.

So far, 42 km panchayats of 27 districts have been covered by 31 km underground optical fiber network.

Not only that, every gram panchayat is connected to the state data center. Thus, the innovative concept of making the villages of Gujarat a mini secretariat has been adopted in this digital service bridge.

From now on, services like registration, enrollment or correction or getting duplicate ration card, income proof, senior citizen sample, criminal certificate, caste certificate only from the service center of gram panchayat service from gram panchayat office. You will get a nominal fee of Rs.

It has also made a radical decision that rural citizens do not have to go to the taluka level or town notary in the town for affidavits for such instances.

Powers will be given to the Gram Panchayat Talati cum Minister at the village level to affidavit the affidavit to be done as per the provisions of Section 3 of the Oaths Act, 1969. So that affidavits can be made available to the rural citizens from the village itself in the gram panchayat.

Schools will reopen on these phrases after October 15, according to government approaches

Starting on November 15, St. Paul telephone operators went on strike. According to the Pioneer Press daily newspaper, “Less than one third the new cases being reported to the health department,” as a result of the telephone strike.33 This strike not only affected the reporting of cases, but also isolation, as well as their release from such a measure.

For most people, the coronavirus causes mild or moderate symptoms, such as fever and cough that clear up in two to three weeks. For some, especially older adults and people with existing health problems, it can cause more severe illness, including pneumonia

Military personnel as well as civilians were inoculated beginning as early as October 4, 1918.37 Both city health departments purchased vaccine and distributed it to physicians at no charge to encourage widespread use. In Minneapolis, people desiring the vaccine “thronged” the offices of doctors hoping to be vaccinated, and in St. Paul it was reported that “thousands of persons have been inoculated.”39,42 Some physicians took advantage of their access to vaccine and the public's fear of influenza. According to St. Paul's Citizens' Committee, it was discovered that “a few physicians were charging a fat fee for inoculations.”29 This was particularly disturbing as the vaccinations were supplied to the physicians for free.

Had these ideas been generated prior to such a large emergency, several problems could have been averted. The debates and disagreements between different public officials and health agencies, as with the Hennepin County School Board and the Minneapolis Health Department or between the Minneapolis Health Department and the St. Paul Health Department, could have been discussed in advance. Supplies could have been stockpiled, business leaders and community members could have provided input on controversial disease containment policies, and medical students could have been put to work in hospitals and communities that lacked physicians. Unfortunately, these disputes arose and continued throughout the pandemic.

Although the two cities chose different methods of disease containment, determining which method was more successful is challenging. Information on cases in both cities depended on ill individuals seeking the attention of physicians, who were in short supply. The physicians were then required to report the number of new cases each day to their city health department. The city then reported the total number of cases to the newspapers, which published the number of new cases and deaths each day. This chain of information left much room for error and possible falsification.

Hispanic/Latinx, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islanders and Blacks had significantly higher rates of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations as compared to whites, according to the data. The rates were also higher among American Indian/Alaskan Natives (though not statistically significant due to small population numbers) and slightly lower among Asian populations as compared to whites.

Debate between the two cities on the merits of closing schools caused further strain. Dr. Simon held that St. Paul's school nurses were the best defense against the spread of the disease, and that closing schools would allow cases to go undetected as the children would not be under any medical supervision. Dr. Guilford disagreed, pointing out that 30 school nurses would not be able to adequately care for the 50,000 pupils in the Minneapolis public school system during a pandemic.16 Minneapolis closed the schools on two separate occasions (October 12 to November 17, and December 10 to December 29, 1918).
Parental permission is also required

Greatly parents are hesitant to bring their children to school until the hazard of Covid-19 is totally eliminated. The schools will also want the permission of the children's parents.

Actions for colleges and higher educational institutions

Higher education institutions can only exist reopened for PhD Scholars and PG students in Science and Technology. But the class does not start immediately.
